Hepatitis - Be Sure To Wash Your Hands

Hepatitis is a Latin word, that means liver inflammation. It's usually the result of destroyed liver cells and inflamed cells in the liver tissue. Hepatitis can be caused by diseases that primarily attack the liver cells and can be listed into one of two groups, depending on how long the disease lasts. Acute hepatitis lasts less than six months, while chronic hepatitis will continue to last for more than six months.

Most cases of hepatitis, are due to some form of viral infection. Some of these infections include hepatitis A, which is an acute form and can be transferred through contaminated food and drinking water. It can also be spread through contact with an infected person. Hepatitis B can produce both acute and chronic hepatitis and can be transmitted through blood, which can include transfusions or infected needles. Sexual contact with an infected person can also lead to hepatitis B. Hepatitis C can be transferred through blood and sexual contact with an infected person. Hepatitis C can become a chronic form of hepatitis and eventually lead to cirrhosis. There is a vaccine for Hepatitis A and B but unfortunately, there is no vaccine for hepatitis C.

Hepatitis A, B and C are familiar names to most people, but there are other ways to get hepatitis. Ethanol, which is found in alcoholic drinks, can cause hepatitis. Alcoholic hepatitis can be mild or severe. People who drink alcohol in excess may also increase their chances of getting hepatitis C. Alcoholic hepatitis does not lead to cirrhosis, but cirrhosis is more common in people, who've been drinking alcohol for a long period of time. Some drugs have also been known to cause hepatitis and these include troglitazone, halothane and isoniazid.

In the case of acute hepatitis, there maybe some symptoms to be aware of. These may include feeling tired, having a fever, nausea, poor appetite, pain near the right ribs, skin rash and dark urine. Everyone that has acute hepatitis may not notice any symptoms. When it comes to chronic hepatitis many people have no symptoms at all. A major symptom of chronic hepatitis is jaundice, but unfortunately, if jaundice occurs, it means the disease has gotten worse.

The best way to prevent hepatitis is try to avoid being exposed to it. This may include avoiding places that are unsanitary and also reducing contact with people who may be drug users. Always perform good hygiene. If there's sexual contact, make sure the other person isn't infected. And if there is a high risk of being infected, be sure to get vaccinated against hepatitis A and B.

Getting any disease is scary, but hepatitis can be more traumatic because you might not show any symptoms of having it. Plus, people are in contact with each other on a daily basis, so if you did catch the disease, you may have no idea where it came from. The best anyone can to do, is to keep their bodies clean and to hope that other people are doing the same.

Child Obesity Solution

Come visit our website to learn about obesity. You'll discover many things like childhood obesity or obesity treatment that can help you successfully get obesity solution. You will understand the ins and outs, crucial steps to take, and how you can begin.

The population of overweight adults has now reached 1 billion, of which 300,000 are suffering from obesity. By far, WHO considers adolescent obesity to be an epidemic of global proportion. This phenomenon has affected both developed and developing countries. Obesity is considered as one of the major causes of hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, certain type of cancer, and type 2 diabetes milletus. The changing diet patterns, inactive lifestyles and the absence of healthy recreational facilities in the community have been identified as the causes of adolescent obesity.

obesity is determined through measuring the body mass index of a person, which means that the weight in kilograms is divided by the square of height in meters (kg/m2). A person is considered obese if the BMI reaches above 30 k/m2. If the BMI is more than 25k/m2 but below 30k/m2 the person is already overweight. As BMI increases, the likelihood of acquiring health related risks conversely increase. If the population of adolescent obesity continues to balloon, it is expected that more adults will be suffering from the dreadful and debilitating health effects of obesity.

Psychological and social problems are likewise adverse effects of obesity, specifically adolescent obesity. Obese adults more often than not withdrew themselves from social groups for fear of ridicule. They developed a low self-esteem because being fat or obese is considered unattractive. They are often the source of jokes among their peers. The longer they experience alienation from their age group the more they succumb to depression, which may pose another health problem. Being fat is not socially bad after all, but if this line of thinking should be supported, many adults will be suffering from depression and other health problems.

Facts And Treatments Regarding Lupus Nephritis

One of the most common complication caused by systemic lupus erythematosus is the kidney infection known as lupus nephritis. Even though there are not many signs of lupus nephritis, it is considered to be a serious form of lupus which may lead to fluid retention with weight gain and swelling due to the loss of protein in the urine. Moreover, lupus nephritis symptoms vary from a person to other; some people may show a severe form of lupus nephritis like abnormal findings on urine which may lead to complications and other form which is the most common, patients suffer from a mild infection and in this way they don't need a special treatment.

Furthermore, it is important to mention that not all kidneys affections lead to lupus nephritis. Many symptoms of lupus and even medicines used to treat this disease, such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may produce kidney problems and may even cause the loss of kidneys functions and fluid retention.

In addition, the specialists offer a large range of studies that can be done to test kidney disease in a person who suffer from lupus. First of all, the most common and simplest test used to study lupus nephritis is urinalysis. So, with a simple urine test it can be detected or not the presence of proteinuria, red blood cells, white bloods cells or casts, cells which are not normally found in the urine and which can suggests the presence of lupus nephritis. Moreover, another study used for detecting the presence of lupus nephritis are certain studies done to the urine collected over 24 hours. By doing this test it can be measure the kidneys ability to filter waste products and also the number of protein lost in the urine over a 24-hour period.

Secondly, as we know the kidneys have the role to get rid of the waste products and excess fluids. By doing a blood test, we can easily find out if the kidneys do their job properly. Much more, blood tests may be done for measuring the levels of serum complement and antibodied to DNA in the blood.

Thirdly, other studies which may indicate the presence of lupus nephritis are X-ray Studies which are usually made before doing the biopsy and also the kidney biopsy. Kidney biopsy tend to be a hard procedure which requires hospitalization of the patient too. In addition to this, biopsy is done by inserting a needle in the kidney and removing a tiny piece of kidney which is examined under a microscope in order to determine to real condition of the organ.

Moreover, therapy for lupus nephritis depends on many factors and especially on the severity of the affection. In order to treat lupus nephritis there are usually used diuretic agents to help eliminate excess fluid, anti-hypertensive drugs and also a special diet which help in controlling the intake of salt, proteins and calories.

In conclusion, lupus nephritis may be treated with and appropriate treatment or even through kidney transplantation. On the other hand, some patients can't resist and develop dramatic loss of kidney function and renal failure.

Arthritis Relief Advice

What is arthritis and what causes it? There are ineffective that save treatments for relief. Arthritis is actually a family of diseases, with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis being the most comment. There is often confusion between the two, which adds to the confusion of what to do for treatment and even prevention.

Osteoarthritis or degenerative arthritis earns its nickname "the wear and tear arthritis". It usually affects the larger joints, such as hips and knees, but can also involve the hands and fingers. The pain associated with osteal arthritis is generally caused by the deterioration of the cartilage that cushions the joints.

The most common type of joint disease, osteoarthritis is often associated with aging. Rheumatoid arthritis, on the other hand, is an autoimmune disease, where the immune system mistakenly attacks the body's own tissues, resulting in a joint inflammation and tissue destruction. Both types of arthritis cause stiffness, tenderness and joint inflammation. For some people, this pain becomes severe, causing limited motion, which often adversely affect quality of life. Obesity exacerbates both types by placing additional stress on the joints. Even a few extra pounds can't make symptoms worse.

Diet affects both types of arthritis, but more so for rheumatoid. This is important to know. There are studies showing potentially deadly side effects of prescription drugs commonly used for the treatment of arthritis, such as Vioxx and Celebrex and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Because of these studies, many doctors have stopped using these drugs. The good news is there are safer and more effective treatments to reduce the inflammation that causes the pain associated with arthritis.

The Major Symptoms of hepatitis are Malaise(Inactivity), Anorexia(Loss of appetite), nausea, jaundice, Liver failure, Cirrhosis(Liver Fibrosis), Hepatic coma, Atrophy of Glands etc.

Hepatitis is categorised into 5 types depending on different viruses causing it into namely :

1. Hepatitis A - Infectious Hepatitis or epidemic hepatitis.

2. Hepatitis B - Serum Hepatitis or Serum Jaundice.

3. Hepatitis C - Non A non B hepatitis.

4. Hepatitis D

5. Hepatitis E

Hepatitis A is a highly infectious disease caused by Enterovirus referred to as Hepatitis A Virus(HAV) and the incubation period for this disease is about 2 - 8 weeks and the disease is called Short Incubation Hepatitis. The virus replicates in the liver of the host.
Treatment of this disease can be done by immunising with inactivated viral vaccine. This disease in comtaminted in the water and feed, so sanitary conditions should be improved to prevent the disease.

Hepatitis B is a parentally transmitted disease. It is caused by HBV, a hepadna virus which is present in the blood. It shows few symptoms and sometimes if passes off asymptomatically. The incubation period is 1 - 6 months so the disease is called Long Incubation Hepatitis.
It is transmitted from mother to child, between intravenous drug abusers, also in Male Homosexuals.
The disease causes Cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. The disease can be prevented by using sterlised needles for testing and can be treated by vaccinating with Hepatitis B vaccine.

Hepatitis C is Non A non B hepatitis with an incubation of 7 - 8 weeks. This disease is common in parental drug abusers and also through Blood transfusion.

Hepatitis D & E are less common diseases with very less effect and symptoms. Hepatitis D virus requires the presence Of hepatitis B virus for its multiplication.

Early Symptoms of Lung Cancer

Knowing and understanding the early symptoms of lung cancer is one of the most important things that those who are at risk for the disease can do. Lung cancer is the most treatable when it is discovered early, and the only way to discover it early enough is to recognize and report the early symptoms of lung cancer. If you are noticing a combination of these lung cancer symptoms, be sure to talk to your doctor.

One of the early symptoms of lung cancer is a nagging cough that simply will not get better. Often the cough worsens with time and is accompanied by chronic chest pain. Coughing up blood is another of the many early symptoms of lung cancer. In fact, coughing up blood is one of the biggest symptoms that sends lung cancer patients to their doctors. Recurring bronchitis or pneumonia sometimes indicates that the disease is present. Fatigue and shortness of breath are more symptoms to watch out for if you suspect the disease. No matter what the symptoms are, if you have lung cancer, they will gradually progress in intensity as the disease progresses.

These lung cancer symptoms do not always indicate that the disease is present. There are other far less dangerous conditions that can cause these symptoms. However, ignoring the symptoms is dangerous, because if they are pointing to lung cancer, the disease will continue to progress. Early treatment is the best way to successfully fight lung cancer, so do not ignore these symptoms.

Asthma Meds FAQ

Do doctors frequently prescribe asthma meds?

Yes. And they often prescribe asthma meds for two reasons: to reverse symptoms during an acute attack and to prevent the onset of attacks. Consequently, asthmatic people often take prescribed daily meds along with PRN, or as-needed ones. Even so-called alternative medicine, such as homeopathy, makes use of asthma medication.

What drugs or asthma meds might my doctor prescribe?

It depends on the type of asthma experienced (such as seasonal, nocturnal or exercise-induced), the severity of asthma (mild intermittent, mild persistent, moderate persistent or severe persistent), the triggers and the presence of other meds problems.

And each person's unique body chemistry plays a role. People differ in their responses to asthma meds, and not every asthma meds works for every person. There is no one-pill-suits-all pills regimen; each person with asthma needs a custom-tailored asthma meds plan. No drug can cure asthma, but the right asthma meds or combination of asthma meds may do the next best thing: make your symptom-free so you can experience a full, rewarding life.

How are asthma meds dispensed?

Asthma meds or drugs come as pills, syrups, solution, in aerosol canisters and as powder capsules. Pills and syrups are taken orally. Powders are taken in a dry-powder inhaler. Solutions are placed in a nebulizer, a machine that converts the solution into a fine, medicated mist that is inhaled over several minutes. Commonly found in hospitals, nebulizers also may be used in the home if the person with asthma and his family have been well trained in filling, using and sterilizing the device. Nebulizers are used by young children, some people with severe asthma need to use a metered-does inhaler.

I do not like to take drugs. Is there any way I can minimize the amount of asthma meds I take?

Yes, other than asthma meds, asthma naturist treatment including proper breathing exercise works very well for most people. Also, some asthma natural remedy such as Respitrol and Oxy 17 can help asthmatic people control the disease.

Asthma Trigger: Discover How Food Allergies Can Trigger Your Asthma

In this article about allergies, the asthma trigger, you will discover:

* The asthma trigger foods
* The asthma trigger food additives
* How stop asthma being triggered by food allergies?

The Asthma Trigger Foods

In general, it is not believed that asthma is caused by food allergies but it is though that a food allergy can trigger asthma symptoms.

Now, we are all individuals and there is not a list of hard and fast foods which cause asthma symptoms but the following list of foods are commonly known to make asthma symptoms in some people worst:

* Cow’s Milk
* Wheat
* Cereals
* Yeast
* Moulds containing foods such as blue cheese
* Nuts
* Fish
* Eggs

The Asthma Trigger Food Additives

Now some asthmatics not only can have a problem with asthma trigger foods but they may also have a problem with what the food manufactures put into their foods – food additives.

The following food additives may trigger your asthma:

* Sulphites
* Tartrazine (yellow dye 5)
* Sodium Benzoate
* Salicylates

How Stop Asthma Being Triggered By What You Eat?

So how can you reduce your asthma symptoms by what you eat?

First, you need to find out what foods and food additive trigger your asthma.

The best way to do this is by an “elimination diet” and keeping a food diary.

This entails you starting with a very basic diet and then slowly reintroducing foods into your diet.

Each day you will need to write down what foods you eat throughout the day and then whether your asthma symptoms become better or worst.

This method is best done with the aid of your doctor or a nutritional therapist.

Over a period of time you will start to see a pattern of which food are causing your asthma symptoms to become worst.

Once you discover which foods are your asthma triggers, simply eliminate them from your diet.

So, to sum up…

It is believed that asthma can not be caused by a food allergy, but a food allergy can be an asthma trigger.

Common Drugs Used In Treating Lupus

Symptoms of lupus don't occur in the same measure to all people who are diagnosed with this affection. In addition to this, some people may endure severe forms of lupus and other patients can have symptoms that are very debilitating. Treatments which are prescribed to treat lupus vary from a person to person and usually include NSAIDs, DMARDs and cytotoxic drug medications. Moreover people who suffer from lupus need to follow a special food diet, do many exercises should avoid sun light, smoking and drinking and also should receive counseling and support from friends and familly.

Even though, lupus has no cure, people can easily deal with symptoms and have an almost normal life by following an appropriate treatment and also by avoiding things that may harm they. It is important to say that people who notice symptoms which may suggest the presence of lupus should see a specialist and follow the advice and a proper treatment.

Firstly, some of the most common medication used to treat lupus are Non-steroidal Anti-Inflamatory Drugs such as Tolectin, Clinoril, Motrin, aspirin and others. Much more a very well know drug which can be found in lupus treatments is Tylenol, a well tolerated drug which diminish the pain cause by this affection.

Secondly, other medications which have the role in reducing inflammation and the disease pregression is Corticosteroids which include an efficient drug named as Prednisone. Even though, these drugs help in alleviating the symptoms caused by lupus, they have a bad side too. By taking them in high doses, Corticosteroids may lead to complications, such as diabetes, ulcers, weight gain, osteoporosis and others.

Another category of drugs which are used to treat lupus are the DMARDs, drugs which help in diminishing painful joints and lung inflammation and even tiredness. Another property of DMARD s is the interraction with the immune system and the protection given to the patient against the sun.

Furthermore, other drugs used in lupus treatment especially when the disease is spreaded in many organs are Cytotoxics. As other medications, these drugs help the body by reducing inflammation but on the other hand they have severe side effects as cancer, anemia, low white blood cells count. Moreover, Chloroquine or Hydroxychloroquine are usually used in lupus treatments for skin and joint affections caused by lupus causing in many cases rashes and eye problems.

Lupus FAQ

What is Lupus?

Lupus is an auto immune disease which means that the body’s immune system attacks its own tissue. The result of these attacks is chronic inflammation and although the severity of Lupus can vary greatly, it can ultimately be a fatal disease. Lupus is a condition where the immune system creates anti bodies, which circulate in the blood stream and attack various tissues and organs in the body. Some times only the tissue of the skin is affected but in other cases the internal organs become targeted. Cases where only skin tissue is affected is called discoid lupus, but the more pervasive and serious form is referred to as systemic lupus erythematosus or SLE for short. SLE commonly attacks the heart, lungs, kidneys, joints and nervous system.

What causes Lupus?

Like all auto immune diseases, little is known about the causes and triggers of Lupus. Experts tend to agree that family history is a contributing factor although this is an accepted characteristic present in all auto immune diseases rather than a specific trait of lupus. One area of particular interest for researchers lies in “drug induced lupus” which is explained at http://www.lupuspage.com Some drugs are known to stimulate the immune system and thus trigger systemic lupus erythematosus or SLE. These drugs include:

-hydralazine (which is used to treat high blood pressure)

-quinidine and procainamide (which are both used for regulating heart beat)

-phentoin (which is used to control epilepsy)

-isoniazide (which is used to treat tuberculosis)

-penicillamine (which is used to treat arthritis)

Because the cause of drug induced lupus is known, these cases can usually be treated successfully by discontinuing the use of medication.

What are the symptoms of Lupus?

The most recognizable symptom if lupus is the “butterfly” rash that occurs predominately in cases of discoid lupus. The rash is red and often appears on the nose and cheeks. Pictures of this trademark rash are available at http://www.lupus247.com Apart from the possibility of some scarring and possible hair loss, the rash is not very serious.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a more complex form of lupus and because many different organs can be involved, a variety of symptoms can present. Like many auto immune disorders fatigue and muscle aches can occur but the propensity for infection and bleeding is a serious danger. Organ damage and organ failure are major causes for concern and there is an increased occurrence of other auto immune disease such as arthritis.

Lipitor Saves You From Heart Stroke But Not From Ischemic Stroke

According to a study by Pfizer, patients who use Lipitor (a drug made by Pfizer to treat heart disease patients) are less expected to suffer a second stroke.

This research was published in the New England Journal of Medicine, found that the drug which is known as Statins (type of a cholesterol fighting drugs), reduce the opportunity of getting another heart stroke by sixteen percent over five years.

According to the latest medical statistics, heart stroke is the third largest cause of death in the United States, following diseases of the heart and cancer. Stroke is a disorder in which the arteries to the brain happen to be blocked or crack which leads in death of the brain tissue.

“The study should prompt doctors to routinely prescribe statin drugs to all people who are at risk of suffering a stroke instead of just prescribing it to people at risk of suffering a heart attack”. That is what David Kent wrote, a physician at Tufts-New England Medical Center, in a viewpoint section in the journal.

After the researchers done the study, they found that two 218 of 2,365 patients who used Lipitor urbanized an ischemic stroke, in the ischemic stroke the flows of the blood to the brain is blocked. On the other hand, 274 patients of 2,366 patients who used placebo urbanized the ischemic stroke.

The side effect results showed that Lipitor increases the danger of hemorrhagic stroke by 67 percent. Fifty five hemorrhagic stroke conditions appeared in patients who used Lipitor while there were 33 hemorrhagic stroke conditions in patients who used placebo.

Bone Cancer

Bones form the core structure of our body. In total, there are 200 bones in a human body that support us and provide protection to our body organs. Though bone cancer is not as common as most other types of cancer, it is quite dangerous like most cancers.

Types of bone cancer

There are mainly 2 categories in which we can classify bone cancer – primary bone cancer and secondary bone cancer. When the bone cancer originates in the bone itself, it is categorised as primary bone cancer and when it spreads from a cancer elsewhere in the body it is known as secondary bone cancer. Though there are quite a few different kinds of bone cancer, the most common one is Osteosarcoma. This type of bone cancer occurs primarily in younger adults and affects knee joints the most.

Cause and symptoms of bone cancer

The exact causes of bone cancer still seem to be a matter of research and study. The symptoms of bone cancer are linked to the position of the cancer-affected bone in the body. One of the symptoms of bone cancer is incidence of swelling or tenderness or pain in the area affected by bone cancer. The formation of a lump is another indication of bone cancer. Though the detection of a bone cancer related lump is a bit difficult in the initial stages of bone cancer, the lump can sometimes be felt (due to the restriction in movement that it causes) when the bone cancer occurs at joints (e.g. knee joints). However, none of these symptoms are prominent indicators of bone cancer.

Diagnosis of bone cancer

If you experience a lump or any of the bone cancer symptoms, you must not neglect them and seek advice of a qualified doctor. Remember that early diagnosis of any type of cancer (not just bone cancer) can help in getting a cure and reducing the threat to life.

Treatment of bone cancer

Removal of bone tumour through surgical procedures is one the most common ways of treating bone cancer. Radiotherapy and chemo therapy are other ways of treating bone cancer. A combination of different techniques is sometimes used to form a more effective bone cancer treatment. The kind of treatment to be administered is dependent on the stage of bone cancer and the place of its occurrence.

Cause Of Obesity

Obesity is a chronic condition characterized by an excess of body fat. It is most often defined by the body mass index (BMI), a mathematical formula that is highly correlated with body fat.

Recent studies of obesity statistics in America state that; approximately 65% of people are overweight. This same study shows that 31% of people now suffer from obesity compared to only 24% in 1994. Childhood obesity and being overweight in general has increased by 80% in the last decade. The concern is that overweight and obese children, grow up to be overweight and obese adults and remain that way through out their lives.

Obesity is a risk factor for several chronic diseases, including hypertension, dyslipidaemia, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, sleep apnea, osteoarthritis, and some cancers. Results from five prospective studies and national statistics suggest that the number of annual deaths attributable to obesity among US adults is about 280, 000.

There are many factors that contribute to causing obesity including genetics and behavior. Some individuals have a genetic tendency to gain weight and store fat. Although not everyone with this tendency will become obese, some people without genetic predisposition do become obese. Several scientists are presently doing studies in hopes of finding genetic targets in humans that may lead to the development of new treatments.

Learning and enforcing healthy habits for lifelong weight control includes regular physical activity and nutritious eating. The result of not having these things incorporated into your life will result in obesity.

Can Saliva Transmit Hepatitis C?

Hepatitis C (HCV) is the most prevalent liver disease in the world. According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), 20-30% of people with chronic Hepatitis C will eventually face life-threatening symptoms. Astoundingly, unidentified sources of infection account for a large percentage of Hepatitis C cases. Most of these unidentified sources are believed to be the result of contact with contaminated blood, the virus’s primary mode of transmission. However, of those that are not attributed to blood to blood contact, some unknown cases may possibly be the consequence of salivary transmission. While other body fluids may rightfully raise some concern, such as urine, semen, and vaginal fluids, studies show that these substances must contain traces of infected blood for contamination to take place.

Although the virus’s physical measurements are tiny, its concentration is enormous. In fact, compared to HIV, the concentration of the Hepatitis C virus in one drop of infected blood is much higher. Unlike HIV and other viruses, direct or indirect contact with contaminated blood (such as a toothbrush) yields the Hepatitis C virus transmissible. As a precaution, individuals with HCV are asked not to share personal items where traces of their contaminated blood may reside.

Despite continued uncertainty, some researches have found evidence in support of HCV being transmitted via saliva. That is, if it’s under the right circumstances. For instance, recent research shows that Hepatitis C is only found in the saliva of individuals with high viral loads. It may be possible for individuals with high viral loads to transmit the Hepatitis C virus through kissing, but the exact risk involved has yet to be determined. Research shows that both people would need to have gum disease in order for transmission to occur.

Causes of AIDS

It is a common fad among people that they can contract AIDS by any of the ways they are aware of, but the fact is that one can never get affected by AIDS directly. Usually, it is the HIV virus that reduces and kills the body immune system, and it is a gradual process through which one can acquire AIDS.
This disease is not caused due to any deficiency in the body like other diseases. It can only be 'contracted' through external agents. Usually, it is contracted if there is direct contact of body fluid with the affected person. The body fluid can include blood or sex fluid. Tears and saliva exchange might not be as harmful.

The causes for HIV and hence AIDS are:

1. Having intercourse with an infected person.

2. Sharing needle with someone who is infected.

3. From an HIV infected mother to child.

4. Breast feed by an HIV infected lady.

5. Blood transfusion from an HIV infected person.

6. Any way if the blood from an HIV infected person enters the body (example kissing an HIV/AIDS infected person who's gums bleed).

However, AIDS or HIV is not spread by tears and saliva, though oral sex might lead to it. There are certain cases where oral sex might or might not lead to it, but still precaution is always better than cure, especially when there is no cure!

Medical experts claim that without any medication and HIV positive person (with a healthy balanced diet) might take up to ten years to get AIDS.
