This entails you starting with a very basic diet and then slowly reintroducing foods into your diet.

Each day you will need to write down what foods you eat throughout the day and then whether your asthma symptoms become better or worst.

This method is best done with the aid of your doctor or a nutritional therapist.

Over a period of time you will start to see a pattern of which food are causing your asthma symptoms to become worst.

Once you discover which foods are your asthma triggers, simply eliminate them from your diet.
